“High Intensity” seems the operative words for many an exercise routine and workout these days. It may suit some people and more power to them (they will need it). I don’t think you have to knock yourself out to get the exercise you need. I see people on my walking trail that look like they are taking “exercise” if you know what I mean. That grim expression, the heavy breathing, sweat running down their backs, no pain, no gain notions running through their heads. No Thank You! Take a leisurely stroll with a good friend, sit at the half way point and sun yourself, have a pleasant conversation, sense the unobstructed universe over your head and in it. Relax and enjoy. Let us never lose sight of the benefits of pleasure.
